The wedding ceremony was on the beach - about halfway between the hotel and the water's edge.  The back drop was a sand dune with sea grass and sea oats.  Nothing but the heavens above, sand under our feet and the soft sound of the gulf splashing against the sandy seashore.

The ceremony was great.  Long time friend, Toni Marzella, read scriptures and the ceremony was conducted by our Pastor from Fort Myers, Rev. Jorge Acevedo.

 Even though the ceremony was outside with all the sounds and smells of the beach, it was a beautiful event.  And no wedding ceremony is complete without a couple of joyful teams by the mother of the bride.

The ceremony was complete and the family photos we taken.  Far left is Rick, Marti  Smith, Angela, BJ Joosee, and Janice and Roger Newham.

The reception followed under the big white tent.

After a nice dinner, the dancing and socializing began.
