A story of "love at first sight".... kinda

Lisa and Chris met in March of 2005 at church.  Well they actually met before then, but through many circumstances, never really got together until March.  And depending on whose story you listen to, it is like "fate" working a miracle - or a guy desperate for a date.  I must back up a bit for those that don't know the story.  It started about 10 years ago (the actual time is a mystery) when the Smith family use to camp.  Apparently Lisa was bit by a deer-tick and got lyme disease.  She wasn't diagnosed until November of 2004, at which time the doctor installed a picc line for her to take heavy medication to try to kill the disease.  If you don't know what it's like, it's similar to taking radiation treatment.  Anyway, Lisa had the tube inserted into her arm (yes, it hurt like heck - at least it hurt me seeing it) and for 4 month had a tube in her arm for the twice a day injections.  One day in March at Church, Chris being the kind, caring person that he is, asked Lisa about the tube.  She explained and they chatted for a bit and left.  Chris, being the loving, concerned Christian man that he is, decided to bring her a "cheer you up" type card and took it by her office.  They chatted for a minute, he asked her to lunch ---- and the rest is history.

The wedding was held on November 5th, 2005 at the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Tampa at 4PM  with the reception held at the Tampa Westshore Marriott (click for web site).
