Page 2 of the HUD allows
you to enter all the closing cost. By double clicking on a line, a
dialog box appears for entering information.
ACTWIN
calculates all appropriate fields such as the orgination fee,
discount points, daily interest, escrow reserves, recording fees,
real estate commission and title insurance rates.
ACTWIN
also provides for more HUD lines that the convention HUD - 15 extra
lines. And the program is smart enough to know whether to print the
extra lines on a continuation page, with the totals displayed on the
main part of the HUD.
You can toggle between Page 1 and Page 2 by clicking on the appropriate radio button for the page number on the top left hand area. ACTWIN also keeps a running total of the charges for the buyer and seller.

Entering information is easy. Just click on the desired HUD line (or scroll down with the cursor and press the Enter key - everything can be accessed with the keyboard) and a window similar to the following pops up. Enter the appropriate data and click OK (or press Enter). The totals are automatically updated and displayed at the top.
The following is an example of line 801 for calculating the Loan Origination Fee. ACTWIN makes it easy to enter information. You can click on the check-box for percentage and the program will calculate the figures. You can also click on the check-box for the Payee as the Lender, or select the name from a list. And the list is available for payees of all HUD fees.
